SALON POLICY

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Hair by Charmaine experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

ONLINE BOOKING - 
SAME DAY BOOKINGS - MUST TEXT TO CONFIRM AS WE MAY BE CLOSED OR ALREADY FINISHED AS WE START AND FINISH AT THE TIME OF OUR FIRST AND LAST BOOKING 📖 DEPOSIT/BOOKING POLICY IF YOU CANCEL PRE PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE / TRANSFERABLE THIS SECURES THE DATE YOU BOOKED, IF THERE IS ANY REASON YOUR APPOINTMENT HAS TO BE CHANGED OUT WITH THE SALON OR CLIENTS CONTROL IE COVID ETC , THE DEPOSIT CAN BE TRANSFERED TO A NEW DATE OR PUT ON A VOUCHER , IF YOUR STYLIST CANNOT CARRY OUT YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO ANY PERSONAL REASON YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED ❣️
HAIR EXTENSIONS DEPOSIT - IF YOUR HAIR HAS BEEN ORDERED THIS CANNOT BE REFUNDED THE DEPOSIT COVERS THE COST OF THE HAIR NOT THE FITTING , IF YOU CANCEL WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR HAIR COST IT WOULD ONLY BE A NEW BOOKING AT THE NEXT AVAILABLE TIME WE CAN TRY OUR BEST TO FIND YOU THE SOONEST SLOT IF WE RUN BEHIND OR THE SALON IS BUSY WE MAY HAVE TO CHANGE THIS DATE OR YOU CAN BOOK A NEW SLOT ONLINE BUT DEPENDING HOW BUSY WE ARE THIS MAY BE A FEW WEEKS AHEAD.

❗️PATCH TESTING ❗️
Patch tests for all new colour clients or if your last visit was more than 6 months you are required to please come for a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if this hasn’t been done your appointment will have to be changed, also if any new medical history ie vaccines covid prescriptions changes a new patch test would be required X
